Pure Colour Love Lipstick | New from Estée Lauder

The new Pure Colour Love Lipstick launch caused quite a lot of excitement in the beauty industry. The new launch brings thirty wonderful new lipsticks, which is a lovely kaleidoscope of vibrant shades and finishes. The new Estee Lauder range aims to move us away from boring, offering you an array of different colours which each have a beautiful pigmentation. Let's take a look...

They arrive in beautiful packaging, which is all kinds of swoon worthy. The outer edge of the plastic is clear, which shines through to gold inner, which is inscribed with the Estée Lauder logo. The very end of the lipstick case is clear, which shine through to show a sample of the lipstick shade – making for very easy lipstick storage, hurrah! You pop out the lipstick to find the inner golden tube, which is finished with a black Estée Lauder logo.

The thing that got a lot of hearts beating however, was the shape of the lipstick itself. The lipstick has been cut in a V shape on the top, which means the flat edge to of a traditional lipstick is on both sides of this bullet. It just adds a really chic and pretty finish to this stunning lipstick line!

Let’s talk formulation… the thirty lipsticks in the Pure Colour Love lineup are split into four different sets. There is the ‘Ultra Matte’ line, which features 13 shades which are a rich matte formulation with bold colour. The ‘Shimmer Pearls’ range has five offers shimmery bold colour, with a pearl finish. The ‘Cooled Chrome’ has three shades that have bold chrome colour, with an extreme pearl finish. Finally we have the ‘Edgy Cremes’ collection, nine shades that offer a creamy colour. You’ll notice one running theme – these lipsticks are designed to give you bold colour, offering you pigmentation to impress. The Naughty Nice (210) lipstick* pictured here is part of the Ultra Matte collection.

I LOVE everything about this collection, from the formula, to the packaging and the bullet – I’m totally sold! The new Estée Lauder Pure Color Love range is available now at Estée Lauder counters and the Estée Lauder website, priced at £19 each.
