Destination Beauty by Look Fantastic | #LFExplorer

It’s a new month, which means it’s time to make way for a flurry of new subscription boxes. The first that always lands at my doorstep is the Look Fantastic Beauty Box*. March’s edition is dubbed the ‘Destination Beauty’ box, #LFExplorer for short. I’m very impressed with this month’s box, inside there are six different items which all have something exciting to offer. There is skincare, makeup, tools and even a copy of Elle magazine!

This months box design is absolutely gorgeous; it’s definitely one that you won’t be finding in the recycling box! It’s decorated with pretty paint splatters and the title of the box, which looks very swish. I love the effort Look Fantastic is making with the boxes this year, it’s definitely a step in the right direction.

Let us kick things off with the skincare items in the box, the first is the CODAGE Moisturizing Mask. Created with French pharmaceutical expertise, this mask is a rich product, which aims to intensely nourish and hydrate your skin. Just what you need after a long haul flight, or increased sun exposure! The mask uses an enzymatic peel, to encourage cell renemal and give you radiant looking skin. The NUXE Crème Prodigieuse Anti Fatigue Moisturising Cream is designed for Normal/Combination Skin. It is a light formula that aims to protect skin and prevent signs of aging. It works to relieve stressed complexions while hydrating and refreshing.

The next item is the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream, which is something for your body. This is enriched with shea butter, eucalyptus and oatmeal, which bring immediate comfort to tired, itchy and flaky skin. It’s very gentle which means it is ideal for anyone who suffers from allergic eczema or dermatitis conditions.

Next up we have TWO makeup boxes in the box, the first is the Lottie London Shade and Shadow Brush. Which is designed to give you the ability to create intricate eye makeup looks. It Is angled shadow brush with ultra-soft bristles - perfect for shaping, smudging and lining. The second item is the Revlon Lacquer Balm in the shade ‘Demure’. I actually have one of these in another shade and it’s a pretty glossy product, perfect for spring!

Last but not least we have two sachets of Energen-C, which is actually a favourite with some of my work colleagues. It’s a supplement that you add to a glass of water and it gives you a boost of Vitamin C. it’s perfect for beating jetlag, so I can see why they’ve included it.

As I said at the beginning, I’m really impressed with this box. The contents are great and there is a real variety of products and brands. The Look Fantastic Beauty Boxes are really easy to get your hands on. You just have to sign up here and your box will be winging it's way over to you, prices start at £15 a month and drop to £11.25 when you sign up for a year.
