It all started as a relief from University, somewhere to pen down my thoughts. I was fresh from English and Psychology A Levels and studying my Television degree in Southampton. I just REALLY missed writing and I felt like I needed some space to be me! I'd write about television shows, recipes, general thoughts and annoyances - but I quickly found that my true passion was beauty. My expendable income was really low, I could barely afford a MUA nail polish, let alone all the high end beauty I buy today! University started to take over, I posted whenever I could, but two years came and passed and my poor old blog became a bit neglected! After graduation I had a bit of time to spare, so I started putting a lot more effort into my blog. I decided to make Hope, Freedom, Love a daily beauty/lifestyle blog and promised to share new content every day at 7am.
Whilst working full time and keeping a house ticking over makes this blog a struggle at times, I would not have it any other way! Hope, Freedom, Love is the best hobby in the world! I get to think, write and chat about makeup and fun topics every single day. I get to read my favourite beauty blogs and explore this crazy beauty world. Plus I have a perfect excuse to take pretty pictures of everything I write about, which has to be one of my favourite things! If all that was not enough, I get to be a part of an amazing beauty community. I honestly meet the most amazing people (which includes both bloggers and PR) over email, Twitter, Facebook, in my comments section and even in real life!
