I first saw this top coat in the adverts for Made In Chelsea (yes, it's a guilty pleasure). It's the Rimmel London Pop Art top coat which was made in collaboration with Rita Ora.
The Pop Art top coat is a clear nail polish which has lots of little hexagon flecks inside. The flecks are blue, yellow, orange, pink and black. It takes a couple of coats to get a finish like the swatch below. If you want a fuller finish you would need a good few coats!
It applies really nicely and dries quickly too! If you're bored of glitter already and you want something a bit different, this might just be what you need!
